Operating from its Leicestershire base and central hub in Daventry, MSD is able to coordinate the storage and distribution of over 5,000 pallets every night. Fortec's central hub is purpose-built offering specialist warehouse facilities as well as the latest environmentally friendly fork-lift truck technology.

Strategically placed depots (of which, MSD, is the Leicestershire Depot) make up our pallet network all over the country, allowing members to drop off, store and efficiently distribute palletised goods to any UK or EU destination. This infrastructure is coordinated by a state-of-the-art IT system, allowing full tracking of all freight.

MSD via Fortec only allows the very best haulage companies to be part of its palletised distribution network. As every member is fully vetted, for quality of service, range of resources and customer service credibility, clients can be certain that their UK and European is in safe hands.

And, to maintain professionalism and ensure industry standards are observed, Fortec and MSD use Key Performance Indicators each week/month/year to evaluate the network as a whole and ensure service levels are kept at a paramount standard.
