Track Items sent by MSD
You will be required to have the following before proceeding
MSD NUMBER : (call MSD with this number first)
IDENT CODE: (Obtained from MSD when quoting MSD number)
Please note: - For customer's using MSD's despatch software, you will already have the Ident Code available. Simply select your chosen consignment from the view consignments menu, then select the "Items" tab at the top. The 12 digit Parcel number is your IDENT CODE.
