All quote/jobs carried out by MSD, booked online or by phone, are governed by the RHA terms and conditions and we advise all customers to read them prior to booking as by making payment to MSD, this confirms you understand and will adhere to these terms and conditions detailed on the MSD home page.
Mitchell Storage & Distribution Limited is a registered member of the Road Haulage Association Limited (RHA membership number 22214) and as such all contracts for storage and/or carriage entered into by it shall at all times be subject to the Road Haulage Association Limited Standard Conditions of Storage and its Standard Conditions of Carriage as the case may be, full copies of which can be provided upon request or obtained from selecting our link above.
Fuel Surcharge
Whilst we have no control over fuel prices we must take this opportunity to emphasize that MSD do not seek to profit from any fuel surcharge and, in line with rest of the transport industry, we are campaigning for a reduction in the prohibitive cost of fuel for essential users.
As a result we use a completely transparent calculation which is communicated each month to all our clients. Our fuel surcharge is calculated monthly using the bulk diesel price as published on the RHA website. Please use the link below to view the fuel price information from the RHA.
